Safety Week 2022: O’Leary Expresses Gratitude for Culture of Care

A deeply rooted culture of safety connects 澳门足彩app’s team members. That culture and care for one another led to unprecedented statistical results and numerous national awards in 2021. But most importantly, it kept more people safe in a year when the company registered more working manhours than ever before.

No one appreciates that more than Chairman, CEO and President Jim O’Leary, whose 30-plus-year career with the company began and advanced through numerous field positions. So, as Safety Week 2022 concludes today, O’Leary shares a message of thanks to the nearly 2,000 澳门足彩app team members.

“Our results are remarkable,” O’Leary said. “We’ve really set a new standard of care coming through the pandemic. Our safety results and our safety culture are absolutely the most important accomplishment we have. I have a deep appreciation for field operations and the commitment and the precision and the level of care that it takes to build our projects safely. It’s amazing work.”
